"As of September 24, 2025, bids received were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid." Improvements to the Beclabito Community Heliport. The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I - Basic Heliport (Day Operations Only) SCHEDULE II - Access Road (1,650 LF) SCHEDULE III - Extra Safety Precautions SCHEDULE IV - Nighttime Helipad (Night Operations Option) bid evaluation will be held April 2-5, 2024, and the bid will be awarded on April 9, 2024 All questions must be submitted in writing by May 14, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. For further information contact NMDOT staff member Priscilla Lee, (505) 371-8342 or email plee@navajodot.org. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
