Reference Number 0000346038 This INVITATION TO BID ("ITB") contains the terms and conditions under which the GUADALUPE-BLANCO RIVER AUTHORITY ("GBRA") seeks qualified companies to provide bids for water treatment chemicals to be utilized for pH adjustment, disinfection and oxidation at the Alliance Water Treatment Plant. The chemicals sought are Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Hydrated Lime (Ca(OH)2) 45%, Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCI) 12.5%, and Sodium Permanganate (NaMnO4) 20%. GBRA's procurement policy provides for open, fair, and competitive procurement practices with equal opportunity for all vendors. GBRA particularly encourages qualified Small, Minority, and Women owned businesses to submit proposals in response to the ITB.
