To furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the FY 24 Transportation Center Fire Protection and Sprinkler System Upgrade project, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by KFI Engineers. This Contract shall include General Construction Work, including fire protection, required to construct Transportation Center Fire Protection Sprinkler System Upgrade, 1001 2nd Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55405 Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1.
