Description of Work: Repair brick and concrete stairs between Schulich Lecture Hall and the Chemistry Building. UNR Project#: #24RPR02757 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2024-244 SPWD Project #24-B041 Estimated Cost Range: $75,000 to $120,000. Liquidated Damages: $500/day Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "April 22, 2024" and shall be fully complete by "August 2, 2024." Special Considerations: Students will be on campus for classes. Any events that are impacted by the construction efforts will need to have coordination with the Owner. Staging near construction site will be limited. Signage diverting pedestrian access will be required. Complete fencing around construction area will be required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
