Renovation of a military facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
All RFIís shall be submitted in writing by Friday, October 4th , 2024 at 1:00 PM. Email Scott Frost, sfrost@framearchitecture.com and Marc Burgess, marcburgess@admin.nv.gov. Base Bid Description: Replacement of existing selected doors and frames and windows, along with masonry wall work associated with new exterior scope. New door hardware will be incorporated, with some added electrically controlled exterior doors for security. Doors affecting exits will meet all code requirements. Electrical work for door security at indicated doors. Areas of work (both select interior and exterior) will have new finishes, along with minor interior ceiling, flooring work at affected areas. No structural, roof, fire alarm/sprinklers (fire alarm per doors), exit paths or accessible access will be affected. Project is subject to federal Buy American, Build American Act materials and documents requirements. Site Directions: 20000 Army Aviation Drive, Stead, Nevada 89506 Contract Time: 90 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $782 per day. Prevailing Wages and Davis Bacon Wages must be paid on this project.
