SCOPE OF WORK The scope of this section includes but not limited labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to complete demolition. Including removal of existing synthetic turf and infill, removal of infield dirt areas to full depth, removal of associated pavements, curbs, fences, or additional demolition as necessary to complete the project. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/27/2024 08:00:00 PM (ET). Estimated Cost Range: $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 Liquidated Damages: $1,000/day Special Considerations: Construction must be completed by September 20, 2024 as to not impact the baseball program. Contractor to not impact University operations and provide construction fencing and pedestrian signage for any alternative routes needed. Staging to be coordinated with Owner. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "June 24, 2024" and shall be fully complete by "September 20, 2024." The Owner reserves the sole right to reject a substituted component that will not meet or exceed Owner standards and the requirements of this specification. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
