Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject any/all of the RFPs received and/or purchase from any State contract and/or inter-local agreements. Erection of OSHA approved scaffolding Removal of the damaged EIFS to the finished floor Replace the existing sheathing with new 1/2" DensGlass Roll- on moisture barrier Adhering 1 1/2" foam board Apply EIFS PB System with standard acrylic finish Color match to the existing EFIS wall color to the best of ability Remove two (2) existing storefront openings Install two (2) replacement openings Flash and seal new windows to existing substrate Replace, texture, and paint any damaged sheetrock on building interior Replace any water damaged ceiling tiles to match the existing ceiling tile texture Flush wall panel install Remove 90' of EFIS wall that has come loose from substrate Provide and install new 3/4" treated plywood over existing wall framing Provide and install 24 gauge 12" flush panels over new substrate Provide and install pre-finished coping and wall related trims and flashings 25 year material warranty and 2 year workmanship warranty Provide workers comp and general liability insurance Any site areas damaged by equipment or other means should be repaired by the Respondent Site dumpster and cleanup Permits as needed Warranty required Payment Bond Performance Bond Respondents are encouraged to review this entire Request for Bids Packet (BID).
