Per Addendum 1- Bid Date Extended Refurbish 300 KVA pad mount transformer Complete re-gasket of transformer install fuse bayonets install pressure vac gauge repair primary and secondary cabinet sand and paint -perform a winding resistance test, turns ratio test and megger test perform a DGA and oil quality test Contractor will pick up the transformer and upon completion of work deliver the transformer to the address listed in the DELIVERY/PERFORMANCE LOCATION - SPECIFIED (JAN 2006) clause.
