QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 03/29/2024 - 5:00 PM The Department of Administration, Division of Facilities Management and Property Services (FMPS) is seeking a Contractor to perform cooling tower inspections, cleaning, and repair services as outlined herein. Email is the preferred method for submitting questions to the procurement officer, Title the "Subject Line" of your email, "Questions 5400026735 Cooling Towers". Questions must be submitted in an easily copied format such as MS Word. Please do not place your questions in tables. Email: Elsie.Montgomery@admin.sc.gov. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $500.00 per day may be assessed for failure to complete the work by the agreed upon date of substantial completion. The date of commencement shall be the date the State of South Carolina Purchase Order was received by the Contractor. Start date: 04/08/2024 End date: 04/07/2025.
