For Upgrade of Video Surveillance System (VSS), Dick Cheney Federal Building 100 E B Street Casper, WY 82601 Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70RFPW24QW8000001 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for a contractor to purchase and install a new stand-alone network video management system for a fully functional Upgrade of Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Dick Cheney Federal Building, 100 E B Street, Casper, WY 82601. The contractor shall perform VSS component installation as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $25 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 90 days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management. This is a synopsis announcement only. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) is issuing this competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order. This procurement is for purchase and installation of a new standalone, Network Video Management System (NVMS), IP cameras, client workstation, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional NVMS Video Surveillance System (VSS) located at the Dick Cheney Federal Building 100 E B Street, Casper Wyoming 82601. The contractor shall perform NVMS installation as required in the Statement of Work (SOW). B. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, equipment rental, certificates of insurance, licenses and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). C. All work shall be completed withing 90 days following the Notice to Proceed issued by the Contracting Officer. D. After award to the successful contractor, the Government has the right to inspect the equipment and refuse acceptance of the equipment if it is damaged or does not function properly. All costs required to provide a finished working product shall be borne by the contractor. E. DHS/Federal Protective Services (FPS) is not responsible for any job-related injuries that occur while working on Federal Government property. F. The Service Contract Act applies to this request for quotes (RFQ). The applicable wage determination (WD) is 2015-5403, Revision 21, dated 12/26/2023. See Attachment E.
