Renovation of a multi-residential development in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
La Casa de Don Pedro (LCDP) is seeking bids to install energy efficient measures such as attic air sealing, attic insulation, install bathroom exhaust fans, upgrades to lighting and air sealing measures in a 73 unit low rise multi family complex funded by Weatherization Assistance Program in Essex County under DOE 24 and or DOE BILL 23 funding. This building is located at 610 Hunterdon St Newark, NJ also known as Clinton Arms. LCDP reserves the right to reject all bids, in whole or in part, can waive technicalities and to make award as deemed to be in the best interest of LCDP, the State and program. Buy American is strongly encouraged whenever possible and based on a threshold amount. La Casa reserves the right to waive informality in the bidding or to accept or reject any or all proposals if deemed in the best interest of LCDP. LCDP further reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in proposals submitted in response to this RFQ. LCDP is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4 and Public Law 1975 c.127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contract. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid.
