No bid will be considered unless filed ONLINE with the bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract to perform said work. These bid bonds of the three lowest bidders will be retained until a contract has been awarded and signed by all concerned, but no longer than 60 days.
