Electronic Door Locks for the Andrew County Courthouse The Andrew County Commission reserves right to reject 'refuse any or all bid proposal and waive any formalities All questions regarding this proposal shall go to Fritz Hegeman (816) 390-1995, eastdistrict@andrewcountymo.gov The Contractor is to work in conjunction with the Andrew County Commission, Information and Technology Committee and the courthouse maintenance staffto design and install a robust security camera (visual and potentially audio) system throughout the Andrew County Courthouse. The system must be sufficient to observe activity, and aid in the maintenance of safety for the courts and various offices in the courthouse. The camera system must be capable of remote viewing, as well as the capability of all office holders to view live views ofthe cameras. The electronic door lock system shall be installed on all exterior doors ofthe courthouse, with the ability to control the system by computer. The electronic door lock system will have the ability to pre-program specific times the doors are to be unlocked as well as locked. The electronic door lock system will also have the ability to read a RFID card or other RFID device that will allow key courthouse personnel the ability to enter through locked doors. The proposal should allow for a minimum ofthirty (30) days ofinformation storage and accessible retrieval for both the security cameras as well as information collected by the electronic door lock system.
