As of September 19, 2024, project was awarded to North Central Bridge, awarded amount is $1,150,164.62. The proposed work includes: Demolition of the existing bridge on County Road 311 and the construction of a new 81.5-foot single span prestressed concrete NU girder bridge. Guardrail, riprap and permanent erosion control will be installed along with any other incidental work in accordance with plans and specifications. Demolition of the existing bridge on County Road 44 and the construction of a new 104-foot single span prestressed concrete NU girder bridge. Guardrail, riprap and permanent erosion control will be installed along with any other incidental work in accordance with plans and specifications. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Andrew County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
