Any questions concerning this request should be directed to: Will Elwell Street Manager 402-844-2183 welwell@norfolkne.gov EFFECTIVE DATES OF CONTRACT - April 15, 2024, through April 14, 2025 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, fuel, materials, traffic control which includes flagger and all signage for project and have and amber flashing light visible from at least five hundred (500) feet while operating in city streets or right of way. Contractors must wear approved by City reflective clothing/vest class two (2) while working on the roadways during striping. The Contractor shall inspect, daily before any work is performed, all traffic control devices, which the Contractor has furnished and installed, and verify that the devices are placed in accordance with the Traffic Control Layouts, these Special Provisions, and/or MUTCD. Any discrepancy between the placement and the required placement shall be immediately corrected. Contractors must provide insurance.
