The Columbia Public School District is seeking bids for Paint and Paint Supplies listed below. The length of the agreement shall be from the July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This contract shall be subject to renewal for two (2) consecutive one-year periods after the initial contract period, pending agreement between both parties and Board of Education approval. Annual renewal increase not to exceed 3%. The Columbia School District will contract with one supplier for the term of the contract. Questions regarding the bid specifications should be directed to Lisa Ozanich, Assistant Purchasing Agent at lozanich@cpsk12.org. All questions or requests shall be submitted in email prior to 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Replies may be issued by addendum. Listed below is the paint and paint supplies the District purchases in large quantities during a school year. The Columbia School District only estimates that it will acquire the stated number(s) of items and does not guarantee to acquire the stated number(s). The Columbia School District reserves the right to buy quantities above or below the amount(s) estimated. If you carry more than one line of paint, you are allowed to submit multiple bids. You are not allowed to mix different lines of paint on the same bid. Each bid submitted must be contain the same line of paint.
