The ESCNJ wants to assure the safety of all. All documents that have a notary requirement must be submitted with the bid but if you are unable to have those documents notarized before the bid opening, we will grant leniency in that you may submit those same documents with the notary requirement before the bid award. The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waiveany formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids which, in its discretion, within State law, are for the best interest of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the deadline. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). The Term Of This Contract Will Be For Two (2) Years With A One (1) Year Extension As Permitted By Law Upon Mutual Agreement Between The ESCNJ And The Contractor(S) All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. An Initial Project Workforce Report may be required from the successful contractor. (Form AA-201). New Jersey Business Registration Certification is required for all bids as well as the Political Contribution Disclosure Form. Statement of Ownership Requirement: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, Bidders shall submit a statement setting forth the namesand addresses of all persons and entities that own ten percent or more of its stock or interest of any type at all levels ofownership. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also should be filed with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that should be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions toRespondents and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid.
