City of Okmulgee invites you to bid on a General Contract for mowing, clearing, and cleaning of privately owned lots throughout the City. All Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids shall not be accepted. The City of Okmulgee is taking bids for the mowing, clearing, and cleaning of privately owned lots throughout the city. It is estimated that as many as 400 lots may be identified; however, no warranty can be given as to the actual number of lots to be mowed as the number is an approximation based on preceding years and may include more than one mowing for some properties listed. Each bidder is required to quote a price for "mowing only" and separate prices for lots with accumulations of brush, debris, rubbish, & litter as defined in the general instructions. All proposals shall be good for 60 days after the bid date. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all Bids.
