Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
This Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to: Demolition and Removal of: Structures, Footings, Debris, Brickbat and Concrete; Lot Cleanup; Grading, Final Grading; Sewer Seal(S), Performance of Asbestos Inspections, File Neshap Reports and Test Reports Where Required, and Properly Dispose of Asbestos Shingles Etc.; Slab Removal; Fence Row(S) Removal When Specified; Tree(S) Removal When Specified; Fill/top Soil Placement; Hay Bale Barriers(S); Dust Control; and Other Related Activities. All Bidders Will Be Required to Submit a Bidder's Qualifications Form and Equipment List Conforming to Those Included in the Contract Documents. All Bids Shall Be Accompanied With a Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order of the City of Okmulgee, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder, or an Acceptable Surety, in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5) of the Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Statutory Bonds as Required.
