As of April 30, 2025, per the owner, no project is being sought for the industrial park at this time. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village of Roscommon invites statements of qualifications, experience, and interest from qualified engineering consultants for providing all required surveying, grant administration, preliminary and final design engineering, and construction engineering services for the Village of Roscommon's Water and Sewer improvements project located in the Village's Industrial Park. The Village plans to apply for a grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA). Statement of Qualifications must include the following information. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. • Experience with the Village’s water and sewer system or similar project improvements. • Previously completed projects for the Village or Roscommon area. • Success in obtaining EDA grants. • Previous Grant Administration experience with the EDA, including administration of projects with multiple funding sources. • Qualifications and experience of the proposed project team members. • Capacity of the firm to complete the project. The intended project will consist of the following: • Installation of watermain and sanitary sewer along Squire Street, Biddle Street, and Ballard Street. • Connection of the watermain to the existing water distribution system and sanitary sewer to the existing collection system. • Installation of water and sanitary sewer service lines plus all appurtenances of watermain and sewer and surface restoration (HMA, concrete, topsoil).
