Default Judgement was issued by Roscommon County Circuit Judge Robert W. Bennett for property located at 301 Nixon, Roscommon, Michigan The owner(s) occupants, tenants, and guests of the property have failed to satisfy the clean-up order within 30 days of January 4, 2024 and the Judgement grants Gerrish Township authority to secure third parties to enter upon the property and cause the cleanup and removal of all offending personal property, junk, trash and debris, and abandoned unusable objects, Junk Vehicles, and Campers/Travel Trailers and the like identified in the Complaint and impress upon the property described above a lien for all removal costs including the attorney fees and costs of this action and assess the same upon the tax rolls for each affected parcel of Defendant's property Gerrish Township is accepting sealed bids for the clean-up of said property including the removal of the following: 1. Any unlicensed or unregistered vehicles, Campers, Trailers. 2. Miscellaneous junk and garbage scattered about the property. Interested parties must provide proof of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance. Gerrish Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to seek additional bids.
