Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Roscommon, Michigan. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

All bids submitted shall be from a prime bidder only and shall include all subcontractor costs for scopes identified in the contract documents. This project does not require prevailing wages The project scope of work includes (but not limited to) the following: 1. High School: Installing one (1) new water supply well, one (1) new submersible pump and motor, replacing electrical and controls system, new supply piping, new interior piping and accessories, extending the casing and reinstalling a pitless adapter on an existing well, proper abandonment of a failed well, and appurtenant work. 2: Elementary School Installing one (1) new irrigation supply well, one (1) new submersible pump and motor, electrical and controls system, and appurtenant work.
