The City of Maryville (City) is soliciting qualifications and proposals for professional environmental services from qualified environmental consulting firms (Respondents) to coordinate and perform cleanup activities on a 66 ft. X 132 ft. lot, city-owned brownfield site in Maryville Nodaway, Missouri. The city plans to select a single Respondent that meets the requirements outlined in this RFQP. The RFQP is open to all qualified environmental professionals (QEPs) capable and qualified to meet the objectives and requirements described in this document. Qualified Woman-owned businesses (WBE) Minority-owned businesses (MBE) and/or Veteran-owned businesses (VBE) organizations are encouraged to respond. Perform excavation and removal of the two (2) underground storage tanks and any associated UST system components. After removal, an analytical sampling of soil and water will occur, with disposal as necessary. Activities are expected to begin by the summer of 2024 and be completed by the summer of 2027 to enable timely submission of final reports/documentation. Once the selection committee has reviewed and ranked all Respondent proposals, if determined necessary, the top two (2) scoring Respondents will be selected for an interview with the selection committee.
