Precast Concrete Wall Panel Sealant Joint Replacement: . Removal of the existing sealant and backer rod. . Preparation of the concrete substrate: Removal of all foreign contaminates. . Tape off the joints as required to prevent sealant staining of the painted wall. . Installation of spray foam insulation into the joint: rake back. . Installation of open cell foam rod, primer and sealant. . Installation of open cell foam rod, primer and sealant.
