Olson, Inc., Construction Manager for the Barrington Park District Langendorf Pool and Court Renovations is now accepting sealed bid proposals for the Trade Package referenced below in conjunction with the construction of Langendorf Pool and Court Renovations to be located at 235Lions Dr, Barrington, IL 60010. Each proposal should be placed in a sealed envelope and labeled with the description of the items or services being bid. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Bids will be accepted for the following trade packages: Racing and Drop Slides, Platforms, and Pool Features. Bid specifications and specific instructions to bidders may be obtained from W. B. Olson, Inc. located at 3235 Arnold Lane, Northbrook, IL 60062. All questions concerning the bid document or specifications must be submitted in writing to Rafael Ochoa at W. B. Olson, Inc. Emailrochoa@wbo.com no later than 5:00 pm local time on Thursday, May 30, 2024 . A written response will then be provided to all known bidders and made available to the public by 5:00 pm local time on Thursday, March 28, 2024. No interpretations, clarifications, or addenda will be issued after the fourth day prior to the scheduled bid opening. All contractors and subcontractors bidding for work involving fixed works constructed for public use must pay prevailing wages as required by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130).
