The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests.
