Site work, paving and renovation of an educational facility in Clio, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.

Requests for information regarding technical matters of this Request for Proposal should be directed to: Brad Wiskur, Director of Operations and Transportation Clio Area School District (810) 591-2688 bwiskur@clioschools.org A description for the work to be completed is attached in Section IV. Bidder is responsible to follow attached bid specification requirements. Any scope specific questions can be addressed to Brad Wiskur, Director of Operations and Transportation at (810) 591-2688 or bwiskur@clioschools.org. All bidders shall provide a proposed time frame for work to be completed. Work must be completed between June 14, 2024 and June 30, 2024. All bidders shall provide certificate of insurance, both liability and worker's compensation for sufficient coverage for any contingent liability. Coverage shall have a minimum of $500,000 liability, $100,000 Property Liability, and $500,000 Auto Liability. Upon award of contract, the selected vendor shall list Clio Area Schools Board of Education as an additional insured on said policies and provide certificates of insurance prior to proposed start date. The successful bidder shall be responsible for cleaning the job area daily and dispose of all trash and debris leaving the area broom clean. The Owners dumpster is not to be used for contractor's trash.
