The Arlington ISD (AISD) is seeking an annual contract for mowing services. The work shall be district-wide. This RFP is for Labor, Parts, Equipment and Supplies needed for mowing services. The contract will be awarded on an "all-or-none" basis. Question Deadline: 3/22/2024 04:00 PM (CT). Any questions regarding procurement or this bid should be submitted in writing via the electronic system. All questions will be answered in writing and published in electronically. Your bid pricing shall be firm from July 01, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The Arlington Independent School District reserves the right to extend the contract for two additional one-year increments provided both parties agree. Extensions will be done in writing upon mutual agreement between Arlington I.S.D. and awarded vendors. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any; and all bids and to waive technicalities.
