Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Specification for the crack filling, seal coating and striping project for the Town of Beloit DPW Facility lot at 3640 S. Walters Rd and Armstrong Eddy Park parking lot on Riverside Dr in the Town of Beloit: Blow out and clean cracks with compressed air and heat lance. Seal cracks with a rubberized asphalt crack sealant. This material exceeds Fed Spec ASTM D6690 Type II. Crack filling does not include alligatored areas. Sweep asphalt clean with vacuum sweeper and/or air blowers. Apply (2) coat(s) of Polymer Modified Masterseal emulsion sealcoat. Sealer will be blended with fractured sand and rubber modifier to provide superior mix design. Restripe asphalt as is with (Yellow) traffic paint.
