Site work for a water / sewer project in Fox Crossing, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work along CTH P shall include 7,400 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, reconstruction of sanitary sewer laterals from the main to the building, 8,400 lineal feet of water main including water services from the main to the curb stop at the right-of-way. Work on CTH P shall include all associated pavement and grass restoration. Bids will be received on the following Contract: Contract No. F0058-09-23-00698 2024 WATER MAIN & SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION Racine Road, Valley Road & Beck Street Question Deadline 08/23/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to Fox Crossing Utilities in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification. Bid Rejection the Owner Reserves The Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids Which Best Serves the Interests of Fox Crossing Utilities.
