**As of May 7, 2024, the project was awarded to Wapasha Construction Co., Inc. out of Winona, MN for a Total Base Bid Amount of $2,085,000.** Description: The Project includes the following Work: 1. Construction of a new well house structure, including associated work for installation of process piping, chemical feed systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and all related appurtenances. 2. Construction of new Well No. 4 finished in the Wonewoc aquifer. 3. Conversion of the existing Well No. 3 to a submersible pump with pitless unit. 4. Demolition of the existing well house structures and appurtenances for existing Well No. 2 and 3. 5. Sealing of existing Well No. 2. 6. Associated site work, including utilities, excavation, backfill, turf restoration, erosion and sediment control, and pavement. The opening and reading of Bids may be modified subject to COVID-19 preventative measures.
