Remove mirror and provide drywall touchup and painting as necessary to ensure a smooth, uniform surface. Install a new kitchenette that meets the specifications below: Replacement must include: Sink Base 4-drawer Base Cabinet Microwave Base Cabinet (Microwave to be provided by City) 30" space to accommodate refrigerator on right side of kitchenette (Refrigerator to be provided by City) All remaining space should be filled with lockable storage cabinets Installation of electrical outlet(s) to support microwave and refrigerator Comply with all ADA and California accessibility standards Grey Quartz Countertops and backsplash Cabinets may be made of a composite material but must have a wood textured appearance (Linear Black Heartwood or similar)
