The contractor shall: o Attend meetings with the city, as required, to develop a complete set of construction documents that meets the user functionality and aesthetic requirements. Design builder is responsible for maintaining meeting minutes throughout the project duration and distributing these within 2 business days o Provide consultants, as needed, for demolition, signage, code compliance, etc. o Submit and/or resubmit plans to obtain city building permits. o Ensure that the design complies with current code requirements o Provide a construction cost estimate based on finalized design Build: o Demolish and/or remove existing fixtures, partitions, flooring, walls, plumbing, electrical components or other materials to prepare the space for new construction. o Construct restrooms based on the approved design. o Perform testing and inspections for plumbing, electrical, and safety systems to ensure functionality and compliance o Complete finishing touches such including but not limited to painting, installation of accessories, and final cleaning. o Be responsible for removing all waste materials
