Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project consists of constructing a facility and other WORK as shown on the construction drawings and describedin the specifications. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that isin its best interest and its decision shall be final.
