Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

MBE Goal: 3.1% WBE: 2.3% Duration: 36 Months Description: This project is being delivered to the Owner under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. Ulliman Schutte is competitively bidding on select Bid Packages which makeup a portion of the overall WWTP Improvements Project. These Packages include: BP-03-01 - Structural Concrete Work BP-31-02 - Site Prep Work - Utility Relocations, New Access Roads, Trailer Laydown Areas BP-31-03 - Support of Excavation, Excavation and Dewatering BP-46-11 - Process Mechanical, Temporary Operations, Misc. Metals, and Process Equipment These four (4) Proposal Packages include various items associated with: 1 - General Requirements 2 - Temporary Operations 3.- Concrete 4 - Metals and FRP Fabrications 5 - Earthwork and Site Utilities 6 - Support of Excavation 7 - Process Mechanical 8 - Process Equipment, including installation of Items furnished by CMAR 9 - Misc. Cranes and Hoists 10 - Other Work as required in Bid Packages
