Description: The Contractor will provide ready mix concrete, on an as-needed basis. Concrete Ready-Mix shall be for pick-up by the County from contractor's plant or delivered by the Contractor. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any, and all bids, cancel this solicitation and waive anyb informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. Questions Regarding the Original Solicitation Must Be Submitted by March 28, 2024, at 5:00 Pm Eastern Time to Be Considered for an Addendum. All Questions Received by the Question Deadline Will Be Responded to Within Vendor Registry and Posted for All Bidders. The System Will Not Accept Any Questions After This Date and Time. BID WITHDRAWAL PRIOR TO BID OPENING The Bidder may withdraw a bid from Vendor Registry before the opening date and time. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to remove and/or resubmit a bid before the bid deadline.
