Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Erie County Chapter DBA The Arc Erie County New York, a nonprofit organization in Williamsville, NY is seeking sealed bids to repair/replace four impact resistant doors to prevent, prepare for or mitigate the effects of a hate crime attack at a school in Cheektowaga, NY. The selection criteria will be based on vendor's knowledge of removal & installation, adherence to projected work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost. This project is funded by grant monies from the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES). As part of this grant funding, the project will be subject to the requirements of New York State Executive Law Article 15-A to promote opportunities for the participation of certified minority women or minority owned business enterprises (MWBE), as well as the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of the project. The MWBE goals established for this project are 15% of the contract for MBE and 15% of the contract for WBE. MWBE vendors are encouraged to apply to this solicitation.
