The Buffalo Public School District is looking for an architectural and engineering firm for the design of the replacement of the existing electrical service to include all switchgear, feeders and sub panels. The design will also include complete lighting replacement (LED), modification to the chimney/boiler exhaust and possible boiler replacement. There is also a site work component to excavate and replace the parking lot (required for the new electrical service/switchgear to be placed outdoors) to include adding some parking spots and to include restriping of lot. The firm will be responsible for reviewing existing site conditions and utilities, coordinating with utilities and BPS for design criteria, and preparing and facilitating construction documents pending NYSED approval.
