The Buffalo Public Schools Department of Early Childhood is seeking a vendor or vendors who can provide developmentally appropriate, high-quality materials, consumables, manipulatives and equipment for prekindergarten student and classroom use. These materials, consumables, manipulatives, and equipment will be used in all Universal Prekindergarten, Statewide and Expansion Grant Funded classrooms within the City of Buffalo. Vendors must be able to provide the following at the request of the Early Childhood Department: o No substitutions or replacements without approval from the Early Childhood Department as these are grant funded materials and must reflect the current level of approved highquality and durable materials in classrooms as well as developmentally appropriateness as set forth by the OEL and NYSED. o Vendor(s) must agree to package, label and deliver all items and correct quantities as outlined in the distribution sheet to individual sites when requested. o Inside delivery to classrooms or warehouse as identified in the Purchase Order. o White glove delivery service of all minor equipment purchases to include unboxing products from manufacturer's cartons, building/assembly of furniture and removal of all debris from district site(s).
