The New Housing Project will be located at sites to be determined by LCMS. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to establish the responsibility of each trade and coordinate the sequence of the work of each trade with the general construction work. He is hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" or "Builder" and by submitting a bid assures LCMS that the project will be accomplished in accordance with the plans and specifications and include all incidentals for a complete residence. LCMS may choose to assume this responsibility and receive bids for the work of various trades. Construction of two (2) Three-Bedroom Homes as described in the plans and specs to be built on separate lots within the City. Bids may be held by the City of Belton for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualification of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
