Renovation of a municipal facility in Seekonk, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Exterior Door Replacement The Project consists of but not limited to: Scope includes removal of the existing door hardware, doors, door trim, door frames, and thresholds. Installation, between both locations, of 12 durable, insulated, and energy efficient exterior entry doors along with 8 storm doors. This scope also includes the necessary carpentry/trim work both interior and exterior along with prep and paint of the installed doors, door frames and any disturbed adjacent areas. Old hardware is to be disposed of and new door master keyed hardware to be installed as directed by the SHA. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/28/2024 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. The work is estimated to cost $40,000.00. Scattered Site - 40-42 Ellis Street - 705-1B 75-77 School Street - 705-1A Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the Seekonk Housing Authority. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
