Site work for a road / highway in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the Drawings and/or described in the Specifications, entitled KIETZKE ITS, prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in a professional manner, and as may be required by the documents identified in Article 7 of this Contract. This project will provide the installation of fiber optic communications for traffic signals on Kietzke Lane and Second Street in Reno. Bond Notes: Every Bid shall be accompanied by a Surety Company Bid Bond, or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Regional Transportation Commission in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid, said amount to be forfeited to the RTC should the Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into a Contract in accordance with the Bid and other Contract Documents within Ten (10) calendar days after award. Owner Rights: The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or accept the bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The RTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or options or any combination thereof. The RTC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted bid forms.
