Qualified contractor to remove and dispose of existing fire hoses and to furnish and install new fire hoses at Two and Three UN Plaza. Two UN Plaza is a 40-story office building and hotel, and Three UN Plaza is a 15-story office building, and both are located in east midtown Manhattan. The buildings will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in this field. Licensed by the State and City of New York. Liability insurance of $10,000,000. A resume of current assignments at comparable Class A office buildings in New York City.
