The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 2024 Pipe Materials Bid V Plain end smooth bore Polyethylene Thermo Plastic Pipe, N-12 of Equivalent Type-S (Pipe sections shall be20LFin Length) hem No. Size Feet 1. 18" Pipe 800 LF 2. 24" Pipe 80 LF 3. 30" Pipe 40 LF 4. 36" Pipe 60 LF N-12 or Equivalent Thermo Plastic Pipe Band Connector hem No. Size Quantity 5. 18" Pipe 30 Each 6. 24" Pipe 2 Each 7. 30" Pipe 1 Each 8. 36"Pipe 2 Each hems No. 1 through 8 remarks: All materials are to be FOB delivered to the Township Bulking and all materials MUST be accompanied by the appropriate Penn DOT Certification Form. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any or all bids or portions thereof of the respective contracts and to accept any bid, or portion of bid, which in judgment if of the Township.
