Bids for the East Brunswick Township - Pine Valley Road Bridge over Indian Run replacement project include the removal of an existing bridge, the installation of a precast concrete arch bridge on concrete footings, and corresponding work. The items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Documents. The entire project will be awarded to one Contractor. All bidding documents are available at no cost online. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft payable to East Brunswick Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the owner. This bid is for a public works contract and the bidder is subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act. All submitted bids shall be accompanied with the Public Works Employment Verification Form.
