All questions must be submitted in writing and mailed to the Purchasing Office, emailed to TammyB@westhartfordct.gov at least seven calendar days prior to the date established for the opening of bids. Do not call the Project Manager or Purchasing Office with questions. The scope of the work shall include professional consulting services to develop and manage a restoration program for two parking structures. The scope also includes the modernization of three elevators and ten escalators located in the garages and at Webster Walk. The project is a continuation of the structures' condition appraisal completed. The reports are posted on the website as references for this RFP. All firms are required to submit one (1) original, five (5) copies of their proposal and sealed envelope or package with the outside clearly marked "Professional Consulting Services for Garage Restoration Project Bid 240023"
