Analysis and inspection services are for approximately 560 lane miles of roadways, approximately 1,200 miles of pedestrian facilities and approximately 70 elevated structures (road bridges, pedestrian bridges, culverts). It is intended that the inspections provided ensure that the multimodal transportation network is safe, reliable and constructed within the parameters of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and Federal guidelines and requirements. The City is seeking a single contractor under a Fixed Billable Rate and/or Lump Sum based on fixed billable rate contract to provide infrastructure analysis, inspection, and construction engineering inspection services. The proposed one (1) -year limited services contract with three (3) optional one-year renewable terms will have a maximum value of $10,000,000.00 for all projects performed in a contract term and a maximum value of $2,500,000 for any single project
