On-Call Electrical Services. In accordance with Bid specifications, for the 2024-2025 School Year. No Bidder May Withdraw Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Calendar Days After the Date Set for the Opening Thereof. All Bids and Contracts Will Be Subject to the Provisions of P.l. 1977, C.33 (C.52:25-24.2) Requiring Submission of a Statement of Corporate Ownership Regarding Disclosure of Partners and Stockholders, Non-collusion Affidavit, State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and the Provisions of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27 Concerning Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
