Reference Number 0000266650 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/04 12:00:00 AM EDT Pricing Lump sum The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modem complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and installation of exterior improvements including, but not limited to new landscaping; precast paving, granite benches and other granite details, retaining walls, tables and wood benches, planting and topsoil, and new cast in place and precast concrete. During construction of this project, there will be several other projects on-going. The Work of this project must be coordinated accordingly between these concurrent projects, while maintaining the required separation of time and space so that the responsibilities associated with "Constructor" remain with the Construction Manager. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
