The project will consist of milling and profiling to establish a desired cross-slope along with 2 of resurfacing of 1,312 linear feet of Devitt Avenue from 13 th Street to 15 th Street in the City of Campbell. The following will be included as part of the project: Catch basin adjustment/reconstruction, manhole adjustment/reconstruction/pavement repair, pavement striping, roadway signage replacement, and curb ramp replacement Failure to Obtain Proposal from the Mahoning County Purchasing Department may result in Bid Rejection(s) due to non-compliance with fee requirements and official addendum notification(s). The bids of corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The project is to be funded by a Community Development Block Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246.
